Zoë supports change agents to develop leadership capabilities and build compelling narratives that drive action. She is passionate about helping others strengthen their storytelling. She had a career in marketing communications before moving into sustainability and latterly focusing on leadership and storytelling. Zoë has worked with anti-poverty charity Turn2Us, environmental charities Bioregional and Hubbub; as well as a host of private sector organisations.
She is a fellow and regular faculty member at the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the convenor and head tutor of their online High Impact Leadership course. In May, she launches their latest course Communicating for Influence and Impact.
She is on the board of environmental charity Bioregional which created the One Planet Living framework and a strategic advisor to Hubbub which focuses on behaviour change in communities.
Previously Zoë was a director of SustainAbility, BT Retail and MD of global marcoms firms including Golin.
